Qualifications

• 3+ years of diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems
• Leadership experience preferred
• Licenses required: NC/SC plumbing contractor or journeyman where applicable, SC MASC master plumber
• Experience with tankless water heaters, drain cleaning, gas lines, and water heaters
• Experience with drain machines, camera and locator equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic repair service calls and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues
• Address customer concerns and communicate clearly to ensure satisfaction
• Hand off larger repairs to installers and focus on skilled service work
