Job summary

Morris-Jenkins is seeking a Plumbing Sales Specialist for our Greenville area to drive in-home sales and guide customers from first contact to installation. You will be the storyteller, coordinating with technicians and the plumbing team to ensure a smooth, transparent experience for homeowners.

You'll manage customer expectations, take thorough notes, and communicate clearly across emails, calls, and texts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven success in selling direct to homeowners via in-home presentation
• Valid local driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Acceptable criminal background record
• Abstinence from drugs with clean drug screening results
• Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
• Assertive and confident personality
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately

• Ability to climb into and through attics and crawl spaces
• Ability to set toilets and operate a drain camera

Responsibilities

• Run sales calls set by technicians and customers calling in for estimates. The hardest part is getting an invitation to sit down and discuss what you’re selling.
• Act as a project manager for customers throughout installation.
• Work closely with the plumbing team to ensure the customer is taken care of.
• Take detailed notes and maintain timely communication across emails/calls/texts
