Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven success in selling direct to homeowners via in-home presentation.
• Valid local driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Acceptable criminal background record.
• Abstinence from drugs with clean drug screening results.
• Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills.
• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills.
• Assertive and confident personality.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately.

• Ability to climb into and through attics and crawl spaces.
• Ability to set toilets and operate a drain camera.
• Ability to work outside and in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• You’ll run sales calls set by technicians and customers calling in for estimates.
• You’ll act as a project manager for customers, guiding them through installation stages.
• You’ll work closely with the plumbing team to ensure all information is shared for customer success.
• You’ll take detailed notes and maintain prompt communication with customers and technicians.
