Job summary

Morris-Jenkins Co. is hiring a Service Plumber for a new location in the GSP area. You’ll perform diagnostic repair calls, address customer concerns with confidence, and help customers feel at ease while earning competitive pay.

You’ll hand off larger repairs to installers, enjoy year-round stability, overtime, multiple shifts, a 5-weekend every five weeks, no on-call, respect, bonuses, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless, filtration, gas lines, gas logs, and drain cleaning
• Prior leadership experience
• Valid North Carolina Plumbing Contractor or Journeyman License
• Valid South Carolina LLR Plumbing Contractor License
• Valid South Carolina MASC Master Plumber Certification
• Experience in Residential Plumbing, particularly with drain, sewer, water & gas line installation and retrofit
• Experience with service of tank-less water heaters and water filtration systems
• Knowledge of drain machines, camera & locator equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic repair service calls.
• Address customer concerns and provide reassurance to customers.
• Hand off larger repairs to plumbing installers to focus on core tasks.
