Morris-Jenkins Co. is seeking an experienced Service Plumber for the evening shift in the Charlotte area. You will perform diagnostic repairs, address customer concerns, and work with installers when larger jobs arise.

The role emphasizes communication, problem solving, and consistent 40-hour weeks with overtime opportunities. A company vehicle and uniforms are provided to support your work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing
• Valid NC/SC plumbing licenses or equivalent
• Experience handling water heaters, tankless systems, and gas lines is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic repair service calls and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Hand off larger repairs to installers when appropriate to focus on diagnostics
• Operate safely and maintain company vehicle and tools on every call
