Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Plumbing license preferred but not required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple service calls and work independently
• Experience reading plumbing diagrams beneficial

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install and replace water heaters, faucets, fixtures, toilets, disposals, and other components
• Repair leaks and complete system upgrades
• Troubleshoot issues and propose long-term solutions
• Prepare estimates and explain options to homeowners
• Complete service documentation using company tech
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Communicate with customers, dispatch, and office staff
• Follow codes, standards, and safety procedures
• Mentor apprentices and support team development as opportunities arise
