Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Plumbing license preferred but not required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple service calls and work independently
• Experience reading plumbing diagrams beneficial

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install and replace water heaters, faucets, fixtures, toilets, disposals, and other components
• Repair leaks and complete system upgrades
• Troubleshoot issues and propose long-term solutions

What You'll Do

As a Service Plumber, you'll provide professional plumbing services while delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install and replace water heaters, faucets, fixtures, toilets, disposals, and other plumbing components
• Repair leaks, replace piping, and complete plumbing system upgrades
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend long-term solutions
• Prepare estimates and clearly explain repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Complete service documentation accurately using company technology
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and office staff throughout the day
• Follow plumbing codes, company standards, and safety procedures
• Assist in mentoring apprentice plumbers and supporting team development as opportunities arise

What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates should have:

• At least 2 years of residential plumbing service experience
