You will diagnose residential plumbing, perform repairs, explain options to customers, and prepare estimates and invoices. The role requires driving a company vehicle, maintaining gear, and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current plumbing license.
• Service plumbing experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
• Previous service, sales, estimating, or invoicing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing problems and inspect systems for current or potential concerns.
• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, maintenance, and installations to high quality standards.
• Explain findings clearly and present customers with appropriate repair and replacement options.
• Prepare accurate estimates and invoices and document completed work properly.
• Communicate professionally throughout the service call and create an experience that earns repeat business and 5-star reviews.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle, tools, and work area.
• Follow company procedures, plumbing codes, and safety standards.
