Qualifications

• Plumbing installation, construction, mechanical, industrial, or related trade experience.
• Plumbing apprenticeship experience or enrollment.
• Idaho plumbing apprentice or journeyman license is a plus.
• Experience with residential plumbing systems.
• Experience using plumbing and construction tools.
• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to routinely lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of plumbing installation work.
• Consistent and dependable work history.
• Completion of or current enrollment in a recognized plumbing apprenticeship program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Install and replace water heaters.
• Install water treatment and filtration equipment.
• Install and replace fixtures.
• Run water, waste, and vent piping.
• Remodel and replace plumbing.
• Perform sewer and water-line work.
• Load, unload, and organize materials.

COMPENSATION

$65,000-$135,000+ per year

Earning potential is based on experience, skill level, productivity, performance, and ability to successfully complete quality plumbing installations.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING INSTALLER

As a Plumbing Installer, you will work on residential and light commercial plumbing projects throughout the Treasure Valley.

Depending on your experience level, you may work independently, alongside another installer, or with one of our experienced lead plumbers.

Your responsibilities and training may include:

• Installing residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Water heater installation and replacement
• Water treatment and filtration equipment
• Fixture installation and replacement
• Water, waste, and vent piping
• Remodel and replacement plumbing
• Sewer and water-line projects
• Equipment installation
• Reading job scopes, estimates, and installation instructions
• Loading, unloading, and organizing materials
• Properly using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment
• Maintaining an organized and professional work vehicle
• Protecting customers' homes and property
• Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite
• Communicating professionally with customers
• Documenting completed work
• Communicating job progress with the service and installation team
• Identifying additional plumbing concerns and communicating them appropriately
• Completing installations efficiently while maintaining our quality standards

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, with schedules generally beginning around 8:00 AM.
