Carter’s My Plumber is hiring a Service Plumber to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems across the Indianapolis area, with strong earning potential and comprehensive health coverage.

This full-time role includes a take-home company vehicle, 401(k) with company match, 15 days PTO plus holidays and flex days, plus weekly performance bonuses and clear opportunities for advancement within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across common residential plumbing systems.
• Professional, friendly communication with homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Plumbing license preferred — not required.

$52,000–$150,000/year + monthly performance bonuses
