Hope Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Indianapolis seeks an experienced Service Plumber to educate customers, diagnose plumbing issues, and perform comprehensive system evaluations.

You will work with a team that values integrity, teamwork, and customer service while advancing through ongoing training and opportunities for growth. Expect commission-based earnings with strong earning potential and company-provided resources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to apply on the job.
• Proven track record in soldering, fixture installation, leak detection and repair.
• Continued education and training available.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• High integrity with social skills and ability to build connections.
• Desire to improve as a technician and learn.
• Team player who also likes to win individually.

Responsabilités

• Understand the plumbing system to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
• Able to crawl through crawlspaces and attics when needed.
• Educate customers and provide detailed option sheets with products and services.
• Assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Make repairs and properly test for functionality and leaks.
• Exceed revenue goals while maintaining professional standards.
• Present yourself as knowledgeable to win referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for overall success.
• Keep job site clean and truck well organized.
• Participate in training, meetings, and company events.
• Mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Be accurate with invoices and timecards.

• Physically capable of going through crawlspaces and attics when necessary.
• Know how to educate customers and provide detailed option sheets with the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Ability to make repairs and properly test for functionality and leaks.li>
• Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.

Qualifications:

• Three (3)+ Years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Knowledgeable of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
• Develop proven track record in soldering, fixture installation, leak detection and repair.
• Continued education and training.
