Position Summary

The Residential Service Plumber is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Service water heaters, tankless water heaters, fixtures, drains, and water lines
• Perform plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Present solutions and recommendations that best fit customer needs
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards
