Job summary

Carter’s My Plumber is hiring a Plumbing Apprentice in Greenwood, IN. No experience is required, and pay starts at $16–$18 per hour with paid training and 100% employer-paid health insurance for your family. This full-time role offers a clear career path toward becoming a Service Plumber.

We train from scratch and promote from within. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits and a strong emphasis on hands-on learning under licensed Master Plumbers.

Qualifications

• No plumbing experience required; we train from zero.
• Willingness to learn plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ride along with licensed Service Plumbers on residential calls across Indianapolis.
• Help with plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations — water heaters, water lines, fixtures, and more.
• Learn plumbing systems, tools, and diagnostic techniques hands-on every day.
• Develop the customer communication skills that make a great plumber.
• Keep the service vehicle stocked, clean, and ready.
