Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a Service Plumber to diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience on every service call.

This full-time, year-round role offers earnings potential of $75,000 to $125,000 with commissions and overtime, a modern toolkit, health insurance support, PTO, and opportunities for career growth into senior technician or leadership roles.

What You'll Do

As a Service Plumber, you'll provide professional plumbing services while delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems

• Install and replace water heaters, faucets, fixtures, toilets, disposals, and other plumbing components

• Repair leaks, replace piping, and complete plumbing system upgrades

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend long-term solutions

• Prepare estimates and clearly explain repair and replacement options to homeowners

What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates should have:

• At least 2 years of residential plumbing service experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience repairing, maintaining, and installing residential plumbing systems

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls

• Experience reading plumbing diagrams and system layouts is beneficial

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Willingness to participate in overtime and on-call schedules as business needs require

A plumbing license is preferred but not required for candidates with strong residential service experience.
