You'll work with an experienced team, use modern equipment, and participate in ongoing training for career growth. This full-time, year-round role offers earning potential from $65,000 to $85,000+ with commissions and overtime.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience repairing, maintaining, and installing residential plumbing systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls.
• Experience reading plumbing diagrams is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to participate in overtime and on-call schedules as business needs require.
• A plumbing license is preferred but not required for candidates with strong residential service experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, disposals, and other plumbing equipment.
• Repair leaks, replace piping, and complete plumbing system upgrades.
• Perform plumbing inspections and recommend long-term solutions.
• Prepare estimates and explain repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Complete service documentation accurately using company technology.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and office staff.
• Follow plumbing codes, company standards, and safety procedures.
• Assist in mentoring apprentice plumbers and supporting team development as needed.

What You'll Do
