Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Service Compliance Analyst to oversee performance reporting and compliance for service delivery operations. You will serve as the source of truth for performance metrics, partnering with the SDM, Service Managers, and Team Leads to deliver actionable insights.

You will monitor, analyze, and report on SLAs and KPIs, produce weekly/monthly reports, and assist with QBR presentations, driving data-driven improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar service delivery or compliance role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with SLA/KPI tracking methodologies and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on service performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Produce weekly and monthly operational reports and support QBRs.
• Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager, Service Managers, and Team Leads.
