EOS IT Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Service Compliance Analyst to oversee performance reporting and compliance for our service delivery operations. You will serve as the primary source of truth for metrics, collaborating with the Service Delivery Manager, Service Managers, and Team Leads to provide actionable insights.

You will monitor, analyze, and report on service performance, produce weekly and monthly reports, and assist with QBR materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar service delivery or compliance role.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with SLA/KPI tracking methodologies and metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and report on service performance, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Create and maintain weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Support QBR preparations with performance insights and compliance metrics.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to service teams.
