Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Greet service and parts customers and provide high level service.
• Answer calls, assist customers with inquiries, quotes, and repair status.
• Write repair orders and communicate customer concerns to technicians.
• Advise customers on expected shop time and delays.
• Open/close repair orders and relay details to customers and technicians.
