Job summary

Hunter Truck is seeking a Service and Parts Advisor for the Wheatland, PA area. The role supports customers and shop operations by coordinating service repair orders and parts counter duties in a timely, professional manner.

Onsite, full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with responsibilities including communicating repair status, quoting costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with forklift training and a valid license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate with customers.
• Valid Driver's License and forklift training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet service and parts customers and provide a high level of service.
• Answer calls, provide price quotes, repair status, and information.
• Document customer concerns and write repair orders with costs.
• Maintain clear communication with technicians and customers about work.
• Schedule service appointments and manage customer expectations.
