Job summary

Hunter Truck is seeking a Service & Parts Advisor to support customers and shop operations at the Wheatland, PA location. The role involves coordinating service repairs, providing parts counter support, and delivering courteous, professional service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will greet customers, process repair orders, estimate costs, and maintain clear communication with technicians and customers about status, parts, and warranties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet service and parts customers and provide high level of service.
• Write repair orders, communicate customer complaints clearly, estimate costs and sell needed work.
• Advise customers on expected shop time and communicate delays.
• Open and close repair orders and relay information to technicians.
• Assist customers with parts selection and guide them to the full product line.
