This on-site role operates Sunday-Wednesday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Required: high school diploma or GED and 1+ year in a similar role; parts management or shop support experience is a plus. Compensation ranges from $24.10 to $26.78 per hour, with a strong focus on accuracy and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in a similar service coordinator role.
• Experience in parts management or shop support is a plus.
• Transportation/logistics/tech industry exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate, monitor, and close repair orders with accuracy and complete documentation.
• Coordinate service appointments, estimates, authorizations, and customer communications.
• Provide updates to drivers on repair status and assist with service needs.
• Monitor progress and resolve delays related to parts or orders.
• Receive, stock, and organize parts shipments; maintain organized workspace.
• Maintain up-to-date service files and records; support department workflows.
• Engage with customers in-person and remotely to establish expectations and rapport.
