Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a team member in Peoria, AZ to load/unload pallets, pick cases for orders, and operate a forklift after training. The role requires weekend work and physical stamina for long shifts in a high-activity plant environment.

You must be at least 18, able to lift 15–50 lbs, and comfortable working in extreme temperatures and on elevated heights. Training will be provided, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Weekend, holiday, and off-shift availability is required.
• Able to lift 15–50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products.
• Willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.
• Select appropriate cases according to orders using required tools.
• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification.
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the truck floor.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.

• Work Days: FRIDAY / SATURDAY / SUNDAY


• Start Time: 10a


• End Time: When work is complete; Avg shift is 8-10 hours

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers


• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology


• Safely operate a forklift after we provide training and you obtain certification


• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer


• Maintain general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required
