Job summary

PepsiCo in West Jordan, UT is seeking a full-time truck driver to transport Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to local stores and distribution centers. You will inspect your truck, deliver products on carts, and obtain signatures of receipt from store contacts.

Required are a Class A CDL, weekend work, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will complete delivery logs and work in a fast-paced environment with on-the-job training and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL required.
  • Able to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation.
  • Must work weekends/holidays as needed.
  • Able to sit for up to five hours daily.
  • Comfortable with extreme temperatures and loud equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect your truck before your trip and after returning to the facility.
  • Load and unload trailers to deliver product on carts to grocery retailers and Frito-Lay Product Exchange Centers.
  • Obtain signatures of receipt from the appropriate point of contact upon delivery.
  • Pick up product that is due to be returned.
  • Complete logs and other paperwork related to deliveries.

Quick Look


  • Work Days: Will be scheduled to work 5 out of 7 days each week. Actual scheduled days will vary each week.

  • Start Time: 3:00 AM

  • End Time: End time varies based on business needs

  • Pay: $34 per hour

  • Location: West Jordan, UT



Minimum Qualifications


  • You are at least 21 years of age or older

  • Possess a valid Class "A" commercial driver's license

  • You will be required to work on some weekends, holidays as well as off shift

  • You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

  • You are able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation

  • You have the ability to sit for extended periods of time, up to five hours daily, with or without a reasonable accommodation

  • You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces



Transport beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to local stores and distribution centers, ensuring communities receive the products they count on, safely and on time.
