Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a front-line warehouse role in Jackson, MS. You will load/unload pallets, select cases for orders, and operate a forklift after training. The job requires weekend availability, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will contribute to the supply chain and ensure timely delivery of Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos products. Expect an energetic, safety-focused workplace with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• Must be able to work on weekends/holidays
• Able to lift 15-50 pounds with or without accommodations
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to climb/bend/reach/stretch for extended periods
• Able to repeatedly lift/carry/push/pull products
• Willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts
• Willing to work in extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology
• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required

Job description

Quick Look

• Pay: $23.89 per hour
• Location: 4325 Industrial Dr, Jackson, MS, 39209-2602
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 10AM - Until work is completed usually around 6-7PM

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
• You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You can stand and walk for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant
• You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces
