Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead internal personnel and branch operations. You will optimize resources, supervise the shop workflow, and ensure world-class customer service to meet branch performance goals.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, compliance with industry regulations, and daily reporting to the Branch Manager. A strong background in parts, fleets, and tank trailer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly analytical and well organized; proficient with computers and software.
• Strong decision-making, problem solving and time management skills.
• Must be ethical in all job-related activities.
• 5 years’ experience in parts, fleets, and tank trailer service/repair preferred.
• Degree in Operations Management or related discipline preferred.
• Strong attention to detail when overseeing testing and documentation.
• Problem-solving skills to tackle mechanical and service challenges.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, assess service needs and quote work.
• Delegate workloads and support growth.
• Oversee open order aging reports and ensure timely invoicing.
• Schedule and manage shop workflow and staffing.
• Ensure staff are qualified for assigned work.
• Ensure compliance with NTTC, ASME/National Board and CFR regulations.
• Develop product knowledge and train staff as needed.
• Review requisitions for additional tooling and equipment.
• Provide daily reporting to Branch Manager and manage staff hiring and evaluations.
