Arjo Shrewsbury, MA is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day rental operations, oversee the service team and Field Reps, and ensure compliant, efficient processes. The role includes driving field visits, interviewing candidates, and supporting sales and service activities at local hospitals.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or related leadership experience, 2+ years in service leadership, and travel up to 25%.

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of Service Leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise employees and manage change and multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Able to travel overnight 25%.

Working out of Arjo’s Shrewsbury facility, this operations leader will lead Arjo’s Drivers/Field Repswho fulfill rental orders from local hospitals.

Key day-to-day activities:
