Job summary

Arjo's Shrewsbury facility seeks a Rental Service Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day activities for the Rental Operation, overseeing Drivers/Field Reps and coordinating with Sales and Service teams.

The role includes staff coaching, ensuring compliant operations, and participating in interviews and performance planning. Expected work schedule is Monday-Friday, first shift, onsite with 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related field leadership experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of Service Leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise employees and manage change and multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Able to travel overnight 25%.

Working out of Arjo's Shrewsbury facility, this operations leader will lead Arjo's Drivers/Field Reps who fulfill rental orders from local hospitals.
