Job summary

Signode, a global leader in transit packaging, is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to lead service administration and coordination. You will own service request processing, scheduling, and billing support, guiding Service Account Coordinators and Field Service staff to ensure accurate, scalable execution.

A key focus is optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service to improve workflow automation, data integrity, reporting visibility, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Operations, or related field
• ERP and service management system experience preferred (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service)

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Account Coordinators and Field Service Administrative Support staff.
• Own end-to-end service administration workflows including service requests, scheduling, and billing support.
• Drive continuous improvement of D365 Field Service workflows and data integrity.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive operational efficiency.
