Job summary

Signode Industrial Group, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to plan and schedule Field Service Technicians for installations, repairs and maintenance work. You will input customer and equipment data, issue quotes and invoices, and continuously optimize scheduling to improve service levels.

In addition, you will identify upsell opportunities for a broad range of service products and collaborate with regional managers and other departments to resolve issues and drive customer

Responsibilities

• Maintain cases, work orders and workflow of the customers' request of service.
• Utilize the service management system to accurately input the customer's information and equipment.
• Schedule an appropriate time for service.
• Send quotes, order confirmations and invoices to customers.
• Continuously audit mature cases, work orders, bookings, NAV Report and posts.
• Assist Regional Service Managers in emergency scheduling, monitor the closing out of open orders.
• Contribute to operational excellence and continuous process improvements for the department.
• Determine and communicate possible sales opportunities for additional products and services based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Assist the Service Administration Department with other related administrative activities in the department.

Salary

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $22.00 - $27.00 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.

Summary
