You will oversee payroll, budgeting, hiring, training, performance reviews, and compliance with federal and state regulations, while driving profitability, teamwork, and a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Pre-employment background checks and drug screening completed.
• Experience leading an automotive service department or similar team.
• Ability to manage payroll, budgets and staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule service department staff to meet objectives.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and timekeeping for the team.
• Forecast goals and monitor department performance using reports.
• Hire, train, and coach staff; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Prepare and manage the department budget and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer policies.
