Job summary

Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the service, alarms, and inspections teams.

You will manage daily operations, ensure codes and standards are met, and drive branch profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in service, field/sales/design experience preferred, and Nicet II certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of service experience required.
• Field, Sales, and Design experience preferred.
• Minimum NICET Level II.
• Proficient use of computers, including company software.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and develop a team positively.
• Excellent and professional communication to WOW our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance and daily operations of the Service, Alarms, & Inspections Department.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, resources, and departmental profitability.
• Develop, coach, and mentor team members to drive growth and technical excellence.
• Ensure quality, safety, code compliance, and customer satisfaction through regular field engagement.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve service-related concerns.
• Partner with branch leadership on hiring, performance management, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
