Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service/maintenance/operations.
• 5+ years of management experience leading frontline teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of service technicians and manage scheduling.
• Oversee work orders, maintenance, and equipment deployment.
• Ensure service calls are completed efficiently via Salesforce and dispatch.
