KONE is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead service operations for the territory, promoting a culture focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will manage 5+ years of maintenance expertise and supervise a workforce, ideally union-represented, while driving regional targets and continuous improvement.

You will guide personnel development, budget planning, and collaboration with customers and peers to ensure profitable, high-quality service delivery.

Competenze

• 5+ years of maintenance experience
• Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Mansioni

• Drive service operations for the territory to meet safety, quality and financial goals
• Coach and develop Supervisors to be customer-, service- and results-oriented
• Collaborate across levels of the organization to achieve business targets
