Performance Ford of Somerville in Somerville, NJ seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead and elevate our service operations. This leadership role focuses on building a strong service team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities include managing all aspects of service operations, driving volume and gross profit, recruiting and coaching technicians, and ensuring high CSI performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Service Manager or assistant manager in automotive dealerships.
• Ford dealership experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales volume and profitability.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of new and used vehicle service operations.
• Drive service volume, gross profit, and market share while maintaining compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop advisors and service technicians.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Parts to optimize dealership performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and CSI performance.
• Oversee management, pricing strategies, and Service processes DMS R&R.
• Maintain relationships with Ford representatives and OEM standards.
