The role requires a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, 2+ years of management experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Experience leading a team of 20+ employees is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA and HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours on shift.
• Work in variable temperatures and loud environments at delivery stations.
• Regularly climb stairs where applicable.
• Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to the right location.
