The ideal candidate has dealership management experience, a strong track record in automotive sales, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a dealership sales team or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to grow book of business and mentor staff.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities
