Job summary

Carolina Solar Services is seeking a Regional Manager to lead solar operations and maintenance in the region. You will supervise 6-10 field technicians, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure timely completion of service obligations.

You will coordinate emergency response, schedule work orders, and manage budgets while developing staff and improving field processes. A strong background in utility solar PV and people leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in utility solar PV.
• 3 years of service or project-oriented management experience.
• Ability to lead a team of field technicians and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead 6-10 field technicians and ensure safety and quality service.
• Oversee all service obligations to meet on-time deliverables and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate emergency response and participate in on-call rotations.
• Plan and schedule work orders, preventive maintenance, and resource allocation.
• Hire and develop field staff, assess skills, and manage budgets.
