Job summary

Hitachi Global Air Power in Livermore, CA seeks a Service Operations Manager to lead the HAC service administration team, coordinating service quotes, scheduling, parts staging, invoicing, warranty and PM agreements. Qualifications

• Five years’ service management experience in the compressed air industry (preferred), HVAC, industrial equipment, forklifts, or construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead HAC service administration and scheduling processes.
• Ensure timely service quotations and invoicing.
• Manage technician utilization and gross margin targets.
• Oversee training and development of inside service coordinators.
• Maintain 24-hour emergency service support.
