Qualifications

• 7+ years in service operations or related field.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience improving processes and team performance.
• Experience resolving customer issues to completion.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or service ticketing systems.
• Mechanical/electrical/industrial equipment aptitude.
• PLC systems experience is a plus.
• Experience with distributor/installer networks is a plus.
