Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service branch operations with coordinators, sales staff, and customers to prioritize work.
• Develop and maintain solid customer relationships and ensure high levels of service.
• Resolve issues with service delivery and invoicing; manage pre-job reviews with technicians.
• Define job expectations and ensure time and work completion.
• Assist in collections and ensure timely invoicing and payroll accuracy.
• Provide 24/7 on-call technician and customer support; forecast monthly sales and KPI performance.
