Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field preferred.
Five+ years in business operations, sales operations, order management, or related function.
Experience leading an operations, order-management, or customer-service team.
Experience creating and managing sales orders in SAP.
Experience collaborating with Finance on invoicing, billing, revenue, and payments.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and manage the Service Business Operations team.
Assign responsibilities and manage daily workloads for sales orders, invoicing, and order administration.
Establish standardized procedures, controls, and performance expectations for the team.
Monitor transaction accuracy, processing times, backlogs, and outstanding action items.
Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Serve as escalation point for order-entry, billing, documentation, and system-related issues.
