Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Service Operations Lead to manage the Service Business Operations team and oversee SAP-based order processing and coordination.

You will ensure accurate invoicing, pricing, and documentation, partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to resolve issues, and drive process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. This role may require domestic and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
• 5+ years in operations, order management, or sales operations.
• Experience leading a team in a service or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with invoicing and revenue processes in Finance.
• SAP experience required for order management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the Service Business Operations team.
• Oversee SAP sales order processing and invoicing coordination.
• Ensure accurate pricing, orders, and customer data in SAP.
