Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in business operations, sales operations, or order management.
• Experience leading an operations or customer-service team.
• Experience creating and managing SAP sales orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the Service Business Operations team.
• Assign responsibilities and manage daily workloads for orders and invoicing.
• Establish procedures, controls, and performance expectations for the team.
• Monitor transaction accuracy, times, and open items.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Serve as escalation point for order-entry and billing issues.
