Job summary

Forklifts Group in Stockton, CA seeks a Service Account Supervisor to lead our technician team, schedule daily service, and drive customer satisfaction. You’ll own hiring, onboarding, and performance for the service staff, while ensuring safe, compliant operations and strong financial results.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive/heavy equipment, with a track record of dispatching technicians and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in automotive or heavy equipment industries.
• Experience managing and dispatching technicians for service calls.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and lead technicians to complete daily service tasks.
• Coordinate technician schedules to meet customer needs.
• Schedule monthly preventive maintenance and ensure PM goals.
• Promote proactive customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee timecards, billing accuracy, and work orders.
• Recruit, onboard, and evaluate technicians; manage performance.
