Job summary

ConsultNet is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to support field operations across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. You will help deliver maintenance, repair, warranty, and spare parts, handling requests from quote through delivery while coordinating with buyers, engineers, logistics, and finance.

You will use Salesforce, Jira, and SAP to maintain records, prepare quotes from templates, process purchase orders, and track shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP for order, purchasing, or procurement workflows.
• Experience using Salesforce to track customer requests, quotes, orders, or service activity.
• 2–3 years in service operations, order management, customer service, or related area with a relevant degree.
• 5+ years of related experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Experience preparing customer quotes using templates for pricing, shipping, and terms.
• Experience processing customer purchase orders and creating internal order tickets.
• Ability to track spare-parts orders, shipments, and timelines.
• Strong data-entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Maintain logs and reports for quotes, purchase orders, parts requests, and shipping updates.
• Strong customer-service skills and cross-functional communication.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Job Description:

The Service Operations Coordinator will support the delivery of maintenance, repair, warranty, and spare parts to field locations. This person will manage customer requests and parts orders from the initial quote through delivery, using Salesforce, Jira, and SAP to maintain accurate records and move requests through the internal process. Responsibilities include preparing quotes from established templates, processing customer purchase orders, creating internal order tickets, coordinating with buyers, tracking shipments, and communicating order updates to customers, site teams, engineers, logistics, and finance. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, accurate, and comfortable managing a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience using SAP for order, purchasing, or procurement-related workflows
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce to track customer requests, quotes, orders, or service activity
• Two to three years of experience in service operations, order management, customer service, technical administration, desk support, or a related area with a relevant degree
• Five or more years of related professional experience may be considered in place of a degree
• Experience preparing customer quotes using established pricing, shipping, logistics, and terms-and-conditions templates
• Experience processing customer purchase orders and creating internal order or parts-request tickets
• Ability to track spare-parts orders, shipment statuses, and delivery timelines
• Strong data-entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to maintain accurate logs and reports for quotes, purchase orders, parts requests, and shipping updates
• Strong customer-service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers, engineers, field teams, logistics, buyers, and finance
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Bonus/Soft Skills:

• Experience using Jira to create or manage parts and procurement requests
• Experience supporting field service engineers or technical site teams
• Experience with spare parts, inventory control, return merchandise authorization, maintenance, repair, or warranty operations
• Experience coordinating between service, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and finance teamsBachelor's degree in business administration, operations, engineering, or a related field
• Spanish-English bilingual communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment with evolving processes and systems
