You will coordinate labor bookings, process repair orders, and assist with warranty claims, working closely with advisors, technicians, and warranty providers.

Responsibilities

• Support service advisors by working with extended warranty providers to obtain approvals and initiate claims.
• Review and close repair orders with proper coding and billing accuracy.
• Help maximize technician productivity by maintaining accurate labor reporting.
• Process daily deposits and service-related administrative transactions.
• Manage documentation, records, and digital paperwork to maintain organized service operations.
• Assist with warranty administration and claim follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and keep work flowing efficiently.
• Support the service management team with administrative and operational projects.
