Job Summary

Window World is seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is primarily responsible for servicing previously installed windows and doors to ensure customer satisfaction through professional workmanship and timely issue resolution, and also measure new orders for windows and doors. In addition to service calls, the technician will also handle smaller installation jobs as needed. This role includes the use of a Window World-provided service van.
