Job summary

Rivian’s Plymouth, MI-based Service Parts Operations seeks a Manager, Global Supply Management Service to lead a team of Service Global Supply Managers and shape the service commodities strategy. You will direct pricing strategy, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional execution, aligning with executive leadership to improve the financial health of Rivian's service programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
12+ years of relevant experience.
3+ years managing a procurement or supply chain team.
Expert-level understanding of procurement end-to-end lifecycle across multiple commodities.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Global Supply Managers and oversee performance and development.
Define and own multi-generational sourcing strategies for high-spend, high-complexity commodities.
Drive contract terms through competitive bidding and market benchmarking.
Oversee cross-functional processes and implement long-term changes.
Manage supplier relationships and executive-level negotiations.
