Job summary

Meineke Car Care is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead a team of technicians and support staff. You will drive performance, manage daily operations, and ensure high-quality customer service in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor metrics like ARO and car counts, and optimize labor, inventory, and safety. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Management experience and retail sales background.
• Minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency with PCs (Microsoft Office Suite) and a valid operator's license.
• Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required—we value great leadership above all!

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to peak performance and accountability for quality and productivity.
• Track KPIs such as ARO, car count, and technician efficiency using the DRIVE model.
