Job summary

Flynn is seeking a Service Manager in the United States to lead the Service Department and assist the store manager with facility operations. The role focuses on supervising staff, reviewing inspections, creating estimates, and driving sales while maintaining high service quality.

Applicants should be able to work under pressure, independently complete tasks, and hold a valid driver's license. The position includes comprehensive benefits, a retirement plan, and paid time off, with no Sunday

Qualifications

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services
• Understanding of mechanical service needs and guidelines for state inspections, etc.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually
